I have spent two decades in the trenches of Pre-IPO and Fortune 500 companies, dealing with the most complex, non-routine transactions under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. I've navigated the nightmares of revenue recognition, M&A accounting, and off-balance sheet exposures.
